Minor Bug fixes & level design updates(6/6/2023)

-Fixed a menu bug on screen scale display

-Fixed bug regarding dodge tutorial being created multiple times if reach the edge of starting arena

-Fixed bug regarding dodge tutorial can be dismissed if the player jumps in starting arena

-Dodge tutorial now dismisses after one input press instead of 2

-Adjusted some static mesh so players won't be able to stand on top of them

- Number keys 0 now is used to show FPS instead of backspace

-Number key 9 now is used to Hide/Unhide player UI instead of Enter
